We have finished our Iowa Assessment Tests, and I think all the students were relieved to have them finished.  Hopefully, all the students did well and tried to do their best.

With testing and a couple of late starts we have gotten a little off schedule in some classes.  We should soon be back on target again.

Bible – We are planning on having a test in Bible over Unit 7, Joseph, next week Tuesday, February 7.  Memory work for the test will be Psalm 135: 3-7.

A.R. Party – We will be having an A.R. party this week
Friday afternoon, Feb. 3,  to celebrate everyone making their goals.  The students may bring a beverage, and I will be making popcorn for the class.  Congratulations to all the students, and let’s try to accomplish this again these nine weeks.  Keep reading.

Math – We are still busy multiplying everyday.  All the students need lots of practice to learn these facts well.  It would be beneficial to the students if they practiced these facts for ten minutes each evening.

Social Studies – We will be leaving our studies with science soon and will begin social studies.  The theme of our studies will be communities.
